Pybes installs into your user folder. No admin rights needed.
If Windows SmartScreen shows up
The beta isn't code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn you on first launch. Here's how to get past it.

"Windows protected your PC" appears
This is Windows' standard warning for unsigned apps. Pybes contains no viruses or malware.

Click "More info"
In the lower left of the dialog, click the "More info" text to reveal additional options.

Click "Run anyway"
A "Run anyway" button appears. Click it to continue the install. You'll only need to do this once.
Why isn't it signed? A code-signing certificate takes time and money to obtain, so the beta ships unsigned. The GA release will be code-signed.
