About & legal
The About page is accessible from the info icon (ℹ) in the title bar. Full legal documents are available both inside the app and on this site.
About page
Shows the app icon, name, version number (Beta), and a short description. At the bottom are links to the legal documents and open-source licenses.
Where to read the legal documents
Two places:
- In the app: The About page (ℹ icon in the title bar) has links to all four legal documents.
- On this site: Read them in full in your browser using the links below.
Legal pages on this site
- Terms — service description, user responsibility, no-warranty, liability limits, governing law
- Privacy Policy — no data collection, local storage, update checks
- Disclaimer — beta status, script execution, LLM-generated code, variable-naming caveats
On authority: All legal documents are authoritative in English. Japanese versions are reference translations.
Open-source licenses
License information for 60+ packages is available from the in-app About page (not on this site). Each package shows its name, version, and license type, with the full license text available on expand.
The licenses are grouped into three sections:
| Section | Contents |
|---|---|
| Runtime | Python 3.12 |
| App | React, Tauri, Monaco Editor, etc. |
| Python Packages | Every bundled package |
Language toggle
The in-app Disclaimer, Terms, and Privacy Policy pages each have an EN/JA toggle.
- English is the authoritative version
- Japanese is a reference translation (marked as such)
- The toggle is independent of the app’s language setting
The legal pages on this site have the same EN/JA toggle.
First-launch disclaimer
The disclaimer is shown full-screen on first launch.
- An agreement checkbox + Accept button record your consent
- Your consent is stored locally
- The screen is shown once per disclaimer version
Tip: If the disclaimer is updated, you’ll be asked to consent again on the next launch.
